1. Contact for personal data requests

Frekans Studio is the project name used for this website and application. Send questions or data rights requests to frekanslol@proton.me. Additional information identifying the legally responsible operator may be requested through the same address.

2. Data categories

Website metrics may include the day, visited page, event type (such as a pageview or button click), campaign parameter, categorized referral source, desktop/mobile classification and country code. Our custom analytics table does not store full IP addresses, full referring URLs, user names or device identifiers.

Application accounts may store email addresses, user names, hashed passwords, sessions, license activation records, hashed device binding information and security/technical records.

Support communications may contain your contact address, message and the technical information you voluntarily provide. Purchases take place through İtemSatış; you do not enter payment card details on our website.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

Account management, authentication, licensing and support data are processed to provide the service or perform a contract where appropriate. Some records may be processed to comply with legal obligations.

Necessary security and aggregated service analytics may be processed on legitimate-interest grounds while respecting users' fundamental rights. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be requested separately.

4. Analytics, cookies and local session storage

The site measures aggregated pageviews and button interactions; these counts do not prove unique users or completed purchases. A short per-page marker may be kept in browser sessionStorage to reduce repeated pageview counts within the session.

Hosting and network infrastructure providers may retain technical logs for operations and security. If optional third-party advertising tracking is introduced, additional disclosures and permissions will be implemented where required.

5. Service providers and international processing

Vercel and Cloudflare provide site hosting and infrastructure; GitHub hosts application releases; İtemSatış processes external purchases. These providers may process technical network data and, for purchases, order/payment information under their own policies.

Technical processing may take place across borders depending on provider infrastructure. Applicable data protection requirements must be followed for relevant transfers.

6. Security

Account passwords are not intended to be stored in plain text; hashed credentials, session controls and access authorization are used to protect access. No internet service can guarantee zero risk.

Do not share passwords, license codes or sensitive credentials. Report concerns to frekanslol@proton.me.

7. Retention and deletion

Records are retained for the time reasonably needed to provide the service, support licensed accounts, investigate security events and meet legal obligations. Different records may have different retention needs.

Deletion requests are assessed against mandatory retention obligations, and external purchase records may be governed by the sales platform. Contact us for more detail concerning your account.

8. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, including Article 11 of Türkiye's KVKK where relevant, you may request access to personal data, correction of inaccuracies, information about purposes or recipients, and deletion where the legal conditions are met, among other statutory rights.

Send a specific request to frekanslol@proton.me. Reasonable identity verification may be required to protect your account. Requests are handled according to applicable legal procedures and time limits.
